Our fully-integrated accounting system, Yardi, allows us to provide quick client and revenue reports, balance sheets, income statements and monthly leasing activity reports.

For Tenants Our property managers are located in the neighborhood so we can quickly respond to the needs of our tenants. We oversee building operations and maintenance. Our multilingual staff has extensive experience responding to the needs of a clientele with diverse experiences and backgrounds. We help our tenants feel like a part of the community. Room Rentals Our Legacy Community Hall is the perfect space for your next meeting, party or gathering. This recently renovated space features seating for up to 175 people, access to our audio/visual system and a full-size commercial kitchen (kitchen rental fees apply).

For smaller meetings, we have a conference room that seats up to 20 people.
