SCIDpda has worked to preserve and celebrate the unique history of the Chinatown International District for over 40 years.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Beginning in the early 1980s, SCIDpda’s Real Estate Development started with SCIDpda’s purchase and renovation of the Bush Hotel, transforming the historic hotel into a mixed use building featuring both commercial and residential space. SCIDpda continued to develop several other buildings in the neighborhood to be made suitable for commercial space and affordable housing.
