The Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda) is developing a mixed-use community development known as Beacon Pacific Village on the north lot of the historic Pacific Hospital campus. In order to maximize the 3-acre parcel and public resources, the project will be constructed over 2 phases. The first phase broke ground in November of 2022, and is projected to start leasing in June 2024. Phase I will include the following:
