PRE-ORDER YOUR MEAL FOR PICKUP ON OCTOBER 8
Meals are available for pre-order and will be available for pick-up at Hing Hay Coworks, Noon to 5PM, on the day of our event on October 8.
Each meal can feed two people, and are readymade and easily re-heatable at home. There are two types of meals available for pre-order:
Phnom Penh (Meal for Two)
Mee Katang w/ Chicken
Wide rice noodles stir-fried with a slightly sweet soy sauce, sautéed with Chinese broccoli, shiitake mushroom, carrots and scrambled eggs
Red Curry w/ Chicken
Red curry with bamboo shoots, red and green bell pepper & basil. Served with jasmine rice.
Black Sweet Rice Pudding
Chu Minh Tofu (Meal for Two)
Eggrolls
Taro, tofu, carrots, clear noodles, jicama and cabbage wrapped with a crispy roll, served with sweet and sour chili sauce.
Fried rice w/ Two Entrees: Braised Jackfruit & Eggplant with Ginger Sauce
Fried rice: Steamed rice stir fried with peas, carrots, corns, mushroom, tofu, and vegan tofu “ham.”
Both entrees are included.
Tapioca w/ Banana in Coconut Milk
