SCIDpda owns and/or manages over 280 units of affordable housing in the heart of the Chinatown International District.

For more than 40 years, SCIDpda has developed, owned and managed properties in the Chinatown International District. We currently own and/or manage approximately 160,000 square feet of commercial/retail space.
Our properties are ideal for restaurants, boutique retail, and business professionals. Many are located in historic brick buildings and feature large storefront windows, high ceilings, and high pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Our properties are near downtown, close to parking and transit stops, and are part of a larger, diverse concentration of hundreds of neighborhood businesses. As a neighborhood-based property manager, we are invested in the success and sustainability of our properties. As property owners, we are also able to manage properties from an owner’s perspective. We oversee operations, maintenance, marketing and leasing, and financial management for our buildings.
For Tenants:
Our property managers are located in the neighborhood, so we can quickly respond to the needs of our tenants. We oversee building operations and maintenance. Our multilingual staff has extensive experience responding to the needs of a clientele with diverse experiences and backgrounds. We help our tenants feel like a part of the community, and we are committed to a strong partnership with our tenants.
