Effective 10/1/2020, SCIDpda no longer manages the Eastern Hotel, Nihonmachi Terrace, and NP Hotel. Coast Property Management has taken over the management of these buildings from SCIDpda, including rent collection, maintenance requests, leasing, certifications, and all other landlord responsibilities.
Starting October 1st 2020, SCIDpda no longer accepts any rent payments or address any property related questions or concerns at the SCIDpda main office for Eastern Hotel, Nihonmachi Terrace, and NP Hotel. Coast Property Management can be reached at:

The staff at SCIDpda value the time we have spent over the years serving our residential communities at Eastern Hotel, Nihonmachi Terrace, and NP Hotel. Although SCIDpda will no longer directly manage these properties, we hope to continue supporting all residents through SCIDpda’s work preserving, promoting, and developing the Seattle Chinatown International District as a vibrant community and unique ethnic neighborhood.
